Mar-12
  • 5 hrs. In March we started the project by finding what we wanted our project to be and started our statement of intent.
  • 2 hrs. I attended a marketing seminar and met my mentor there, at the seminar i learned about commodities and we shared ideas on what our plans would be for the future.

Apr-12
  • 3 hrs. In april we finished up our statement of intent and got our plans somewhat figured out.

May-12
  • 2 hrs. In may we started our timeline and i have changed the plans somewhat for a better sale and due to the weather.

Jun-12
  • Over the hole summer from day to day. I kept a close eye on the markets while the drought was taking place and crops were skyrocketing.

July-12
  • 30 mins. I contacted Jeff my mentor and set up an appointment with him to discuss my project.

Aug-12
  • 4 hrs. In august i met with my mentor again and set my account up with him and now i can finally sell on the futures.
  • 1 to 2 hrs. I also made my first spreadsheet with Jeff my mentor for cash crop sales.

Sep-12
  • Met with mentor, made spreadsheets, started on one 2 timelines, planed the other timelines out. Weather pattern charts! lots of them. Price charts.
  • For 5 hrs. and more to make spreadsheets. another 2 hrs.

Oct-12
  • I combined my field and took pictures of my production and kept track of loads to figure out my yield. I took pictures including me doing the work and different spots of corn were i found some very interesting information.
  • I have the loads that shows when we started the field and ended. Then other parts. So im guessing around 4 or so hrs i will update later when i look at that sheets i will know for sure. Then wiki 1 hr to 2 hrs i need to get pics on the wiki but having troubles with it.
  • Research paper being started and worked on at the end of the month.

Nov-12
  • Sold grain, and worked on spread sheets, get ideas for my product
  • 1 1/2 hrs

Dec-12
  • start and get finances and projections.
  • 3hrs

Jan-13
  • finish making financial statement for my harvest and whatnot, that is done and then
  • 2 hrs

Feb-13
  • starting and finishing timelines and then start and try to finish product for imovie video
  • 2 hrs total over span

Mar-13
  • 15 hrs.Doing Imovie as product, 30 min. get my microphone, 3 hr meeting meet with jeff, 3 hrs my board, busy times, putting it all together, small summary for observers, look at the months report.
